Katrina is a seasoned nonprofit leader, and a subject matter expert in people operations, talent management, and HR compliance. With decades of professional experience, she has successfully led classrooms, managed teams, developed and implemented impactful HR strategies, and started two consulting businesses.
Katrina is passionate about the business benefits of strong people teams, equitable and inclusive policies, effective management, and streamlined operations. She prioritizes equity, excellence, and the employee experience in her work.
